Diagnoses and resolves moderately complex end-user hardware/software problems including modems and remote access software. Configures and installs hardware/software on Window 2000, 2003, Unix/Solaris servers and VOIP phones. Maintains users accounts for DODIIS Domain users, provide support to Office XP, Windows 2000 workstations. Setup and maintain Tandberg 1000 and 3000 and video teleconferencing setups, Cisco VOIP Call Managers, Cisco UNITY voicemail, and setup Outlook Client. Support and maintain DODIIS workstations, laptops, servers, conference rooms and networks within a multi-classification environment. Required Intermediate knowledge and understanding of DODIIS desktop environment. Cisco routing/switches VOIP and VTC experience Strong experience with Windows 2000, 2003, Unix, Solaris servers and VOIP phones, Microsoft Office 2000. Experience with maintaining user's accounts for DODIIS domain users. 14+ Years with HS or 10+ Years with AA or 8+ Years with BS or 6+ Years with MS or 3+ Years with PhD Candidate will work in a fast paced, high-profile building and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
