Senior Human Resource Specialist with Federal experience in Crystal City, VA

We are currently seeking senior-level HR professionals with previous Federal staffing experience to add to the Crystal City team.
The Senior HR Specialist will perform the following duties: Prepare vacancy announcements that include all relevant job duties, GS equivalent pay banding ranges, locations and required knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs). Review applicants to determine basic qualifications and referral for further consideration. Develop crediting plans to distinguish relative capabilities of applicants for the job. Certify eligibles to management for consideration and selection. Review qualifications of employees under consideration for non-competitive actions.
Job Requirements:
Qualified candidates should have a BS/BA degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of five years of Federal experience in staffing and/or recruitment. This is a full-time, exempt position offering an excellent compensation and benefit package which includes a 401(k) plan. Interested candidates should apply on-line.
