Location/s: Tyson's Corner, VA (Greensboro Dr) Relocation: NoPerformance Profile/Position Description:Responsibilities include RFP analysis for risk and compliance, support of proposal efforts and Cradle-to-Grave contract administration of government contracts. Submits compliant proposals, as needed, by reviewing, analyzing information in response to solicitations. Prepares and negotiates NDAs and Teaming Agreements, and administers contracts, including identifying contract risk. Demonstrates excellent customer service and people influencer skills. Responds to complex inquiries from the internal and external customers regarding contract obligations and payment issues, with high touch, timely customer services focused verbal and written communications. Monitor performance and conformance to contractual requirements. Provides continual review to ensure all terms and conditions are met and problems identified, resolved and mitigated in a timely manner. Assures compliance with Company policies and procedures. The portfolio of contracts is mainly Government or Government Primes and may include classified contracts and contracts requiring international work.Position-specific Required Skills:*Bachelors degree*Minimum of 4 years experience in federal government prime contracts cradle to grave administration and negotiation, including at least two of the following duties: negotiating teaming agreements, non-disclosure, risk analysis, subcontracts and reviewing RFP's. *Minimum of 3 years managing multiple contracts of varying types and size through the contracts administration process.* Minimum of 2 years experience with compliance and working with government contracts laws and regulations, including FAR and/or CAS.* Minimum of 3 years experience with Microsoft Word and Excel in a Windows environment.Position-specific Desired Skills:*Experience using Power Point and Access is preferred.*Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions, manage workload and meet deadlines independently.*Demonstrated strong verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels of people across functional organizations within BearingPoint, the Government, and external auditors.Travel: 0%Key Skill: Federal Government prime contracts cradle to grave administrationBearingPoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, non-disqualifying physical or mental disability or any other basis covered by law.
