Please visit http://www.stanleyassociates.com for more information. This position shall assist government personnel in the oversight and execution of the AMCOM Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) and Equipment Management (EM) Program.  Support shall encompass all AMCOM expendable and nonexpendable durable property; Table of Distribution and Allowances equipment; hand receipt holder (HRH) data by organization and location; analysis of property information; performing walk through evaluations and physical inventories; developing strategies for ensuring adequate review and accountability; conducting hand receipt (HR) analysis; monitoring automated computer systems and programs; providing training to Hand Receipt Holders; reviewing credit card purchases to ensure nonexpendable items are added to HRs in a timely manner; conducting building surveys to assess possible excess equipment; providing assistance in turn-in procedures to AMCOM organizations; providing resolution of accountability issues; coordinating issues with property book officers; maintaining inspection records; summarizing HR inventory results through reports and briefs for higher management; making recommendations through proper channels for improved accountability throughout AMCOM; and other property management duties as required through the Property Team Leadership.Specific Duties:• Provide logistics support to the Aviation and Missile Command’s (AMCOM) G4 Office, Engineering and Property Division. • Assist government personnel in the oversight and execution of the AMCOM Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) and Equipment Management (EM) Program. • Summarize Hand Receipt inventory results through reports and briefs for higher management. High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 10 years of directly related work experience required.Additional Requirements:• Ability to successfully complete the Stanley Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment; Additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records Checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment. • Possession of an INTERIM SECRET security clearance is required to begin employment; Ability to maintain a SECRET security clearance is required for continued employment; US Citizenship is required. • Ability to travel up to 25% or less. • Position requires knowledge of Army property accountability systems in addition to prior Army supply and property experience. • Use of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Access, Word, Excel, Power Point). • Membership in the National Property Management Association with Property Management Certifications of CPPM (Professional Property Manager), or CPPS (Professional Property Specialist) is desirable. Preferred Skills:• BS degree and a minimum of 5 years experience preferred.
