Program Analyst
An Arlington firm is in need of a Program Analyst.
The Program Analyst will provide support to the lead office within OUSD (Acquisition and Technology) for all matters pertaining to Land Vehicular Systems Assessments. Duties will include the development of guidance and documents that delineate OUSD(AT) acquisition policies and procedures.
Qualified Candidates will have the following education, experience, and skills:Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a similar discipline.Level III DAWIA Certification in one or more Acquisition functional disciplines such as Program Manager, Systems Engineering, Logistics, etc.A minimum of fifteen years of DoD acquisition experience (military or civilian, 05/06 or equivalent civilian rank, government of private industry); Program Management of ACAT I or ACAT II program or equivalent; MACOM/Service/Joint Staff.Experience working with OUSD (Acquisitions and Technology) either on the staff or in a capacity with Program, Service, or Joint Staff that requires direct interaction with the OSD organization.Strong understanding of the DoD 5000.2 program acquisition process.Security Clearance: Active Secret.Length of Assignment: Indefinite
