Job Summary: --

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: --

 

 

·  Customer and vendor relations

·  Maintains open communication with the client by resolving tenant issues

·  Develop and work within operating and capital budgets

·  Proven record in cost reductions and improving productivity

·  Manage multiple Facilities Managers in various locations

·  Trains and ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government and customer policies, procedures and regulations

·  Ability to motivate, hire and groom a team of employees

Qualifications: --

Must have BS Engineering w/ minimum 10 years experience in Facilities. Must have an understanding of CMMS, Energy, EH&S, Security, Construction and Project Management.
