Please visit http://www.stanleyassociates.com for more information. The IT Support Analyst assists customers in the use of their client workstation and network accounts.  The candidate must be comfortable with several hours of customer contact each day.  IT Support Analysts receive many customer calls, responding to each one with face-to-face interaction at the user’s workstation.  Help Desk customers are comprised of Air Force, Marine, and Navy officers and civilians, as well as international military officers.  The IT Support Analyst works at the Help Desk, reporting to the Help Desk Manager within the Network Operations segment of the IT Support Program. High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.Additional Requirements:• Ability to successfully complete the Stanley Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment; Additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records Checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment. • Possession of an INTERIM SECRET security clearance is required to begin employment; Ability to maintain a SECRET security clearance is required for continued employment; US Citizenship is required. • A commitment to customer service is required. • 1-2 years experience with Windows XP is required. • A dedication to continuing IT education and certification is required. • Ability to lift 30 pounds Preferred Skills:• 3 years experience in a related field is preferred. • Ability to provide desktop support in Microsoft Office 2003 applications is preferred. • Experience with Military and Government Personnel preferred. • The ability to write professional end-user guides and procedures is preferred.
