DescriptionAnalytic Services Inc. is seeking a seasoned, performance-driven Human Resources (HR) Director who can champion and lead our HR team and integrate HR management into larger corporate strategic objectives. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strong individual with the vision to lead, oversee and execute a myriad of traditional and innovative HR policies and programs in accordance with the company’s strategic map. The HR Director will be a key team member of the Analytic Services Inc. corps of professionals.Required SkillsThe ideal candidate will direct the analysis, development, implementation and administration of policies and programs covering employment, staffing, compensation, benefits and employee relations. The aspirant will also ensure that all HR activities are handled properly according to policies and procedures and are in compliance with state and federal legal requirements and government reporting regulations. The candidate will have a vision for not only excellence in transactions, but also for strategic thinking in human capital systems management. The best candidate will seek opportunities to partner with senior management to set long-term staffing goals and strategies and will provide leadership, direction, and supervision to direct reports. The incumbent will be skilled in building and maintaining positive relationships with company employees.Required ExperienceUnder general direction of the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO)The Human Resources (HR) Director plans, directs, and organizes the development, implementation, and coordination of policies and programs encompassing all human resources functions, including recruiting, employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and development, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and equal opportunity and affirmative action programs. ORGANIZATIONAL CHARACTERISTICS The Director of Human Resources will Report to the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The Director will manage the corporate Human Resources function, which includes overseeing the recruiting team and HR generalists in compensation, benefits, diversity, and HRIS.
