The qualified candidate will manage the team responsible for: - Meeting corporate financial and tax reporting requirements - Supporting external financial audits - Reviewing and implementing financial policies - Supporting accounting system implementations and upgrades - Accounting for fixed asset and implementing related controls - Accounting for inter-company transaction - Preparing sales, use and property tax returns - Performing other accounting and financial analysis - 5 to 10 years of supervisory experience managing financial accounting teams utilizing high end accounting software applications such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, and Hyperion - Accounting system implementation and maintenance - Accounting control implementation/audit - CPA with 3 to 5 years of Public Accounting Experience - Knowledge of Oracle, PeopleSoft, Hyperion software applications - Knowledge of Aerospace and Defense Industry cost accounting standards. - Knowledge of Long Term Contract Accounting processes People are the greatest asset in any Company ...
