Experienced Sr. All-Source Intel Analyst needed!

HSA was established in March 2003 to provide Strategic Security Solutions to U.S. Government agencies in the Intelligence and Defense communities. Today HSA comprises a professional staff with substantial experience in personnel/document/physical security, homeland security, counterintelligence, human intelligence, measurement and signature intelligence, biometrics, research and technology protection, critical infrastructure protection and force protection.

Our mission is to provide subject matter expertise and strategic security solutions for our country’s most sensitive national security agencies. Our support includes security specialists, intelligence analysts, counterintelligence professionals, forensic technicians and senior program advisors. We provide successful implementation of practical and affordable security, counterterrorism and homeland security strategies.

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior All-Source Analyst to join our (government-contractor)  team supporting the Counter-IED Targeting Program (CITP) for our DoD customer.  This position will be based in Charlottesville, Virginia with the opportunity to deploy OCONUS (for a period of no longer than 180 days) as a member of an analytical team providing analytical support while conducting comprehensive research on complex insurgent and terrorist networks, (either independently or as part of a larger analytical effort), and assisting the Team Leader and Senior Principal Analyst (SPA) in developing analytical strategies.

Our ideal candidate can expect to produce CITP related assessments and target support packages in collaboration with analysts involved in the counter insurgency/counter IED mission, coupled with conducting and coordinating comprehensive research of multiple analytical assessments within the assigned geographic area, as well as integrating IED TECHINT and biometric forensics with traditional all source analysis to identify IED networks. Ensuring the integrity of databases and the modification of data files to develop responses to all source tasking, prioritizing and deconflicting assignments to ensure the timely delivery of intelligence support products, assessing the progress of research projects and advising the Team Leader on redirecting efforts while providing on-the-job training and guidance to team members on all aspects of work, are also highly visible elements of this role. Additional position responsibilities also encompass the following:

Identifying resource requirements and shortfalls to supervisor.

Reviewing projects for compliance with tasking and security policies.

Coordinating with CITP action officers in the planning, preparation, coordination, and dissemination phases of scheduled targeting and intelligence survey packages.

Providing expert all-source research, analysis, and intelligence analytical products while tracking all tasks and ad hoc products to completion and providing quality control on all products prior to delivery.

Some Shift work required.

Background/Required Skills:

U.S. Citizenship coupled with an active TS/SCI clearance is a must, as is at least six months of recent experience related to IED insurgency developing all-source intelligence assessments with prior experience supporting the targeting process.  We require between 8 - 10 years experience in the Intelligence field at the tactical or strategic level with proven working knowledge of the national, operational and tactical intelligence infrastructure available to DoD.  Proficiency in the use of computer tools common to the intelligence community such as; Pathfinder, M3, Analyst Notebook and others is also mandatory, as is formal service training as an intelligence analyst.

Experience performing, as well as supporting, all-source analysis and fusion (at tactical through national levels) to provide actionable intelligence to warfighters is highly preferred, as is Military tactical and especially OIF/OEF deployed experience.  5 or more years of recent tactical intelligence experience is strongly desired.  A mix of tactical and strategic experience is also preferred.

Education:  Bachelor’s degree desired; may substitute primary experience for education requirement.

We invite all qualified candidates to offer their resumes to:  JKreuter@Harding-Security.com as well as visit our website at:  www.Harding-Security.com!
