Provide systems engineering expertise in support of the Department of Defense Intelligence Information System (DoDIIS) Cross-Domain Management Office (CDMO). Participate in the planning, development, and deployment of DoDIIS cross-domain services for the DoDIIS Enterprise. Conduct and execute transition planning for legacy systems as required by working with program management offices, site administrators, and DoDIIS planners. Integrate cross-domain solution (CDS) engineering results with the DoDIIS CDMO requirements processes to assist in CDS configuration management for the DoDIIS Enterprise. Conduct review and analysis of specific CDSs focusing on systems requirements, evaluation and testing, operational assessments, technical analysis, and other areas as required to provide recommendations for acquisition and fielding efforts. Coordinate with Regional Service Centers, DoDIIS, and non-DoDIIS sites to implement enterprise level cross domain service providers. Participate in requirements, modernization, and infrastructure forums with internal and external agencies. Required Standard PC Microsoft Office suite of software 5+ Years with BS or 2+ Years with MS or 0+ Years with PhD In-depth knowledge on DoDIIS and Secret and Below Interoperability (SABI) and Top-Secret SCI and Below Interoperability (TSABI) CD Architecture requirements. In-depth knowledge and experience in LAN/WAN networks. In-depth knowledge and experience with network security. Knowledge of DoD intelligence (to include DoDIIS). Desired Knowledge of Military Services acquisition process. Knowledge of the GDIP and Service budgetary process. Awareness of National-level and DoD organizations operational roles and interrelationships within the national security arena. Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, and procedures.
