Mid Level Contract Administrator for Mission Systems GroupSpecific Duties:• Provide guidance to Accounting on revenuecost recognition, billing, audit, collections, and tax inquiries • Analysis of estimates of service, material, equipment, and production costs. • Ensure company compliance with all regulations • Prepare cost estimate for submission to the Contracting Officer on existing contractsprojects • Administer DOD contracts under various contract vehicles, to include TS SCI contracts • Review, prepare, and submit RFPRFQ responses • Set up and maintenance of contractproject in Accounting System (CostPoint) • Full management of subcontractors; To include preparing funding documents, review and tracking of invoices, soliciting cost proposals & estimates to complete, and close outs. Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years directly related work experience are required.Additional Requirements:• Ability to successfully complete the Stanley Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment; Additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records Checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment. • Possession of an ACTIVE TOP SECRET security clearance with a Special Government Agency clearance is required to begin employment; US Citizenship is required. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows (especially Excel) • Working knowledge of the FAR • Working knowledge of CostPoint • Ability to multi-task in an often fast paced environment • Good communication, organization, math, and analytical skills • Use time effectively, set priorities; organize work without assistance and without disrupting workflow • Assimilate information and make valid decisions in a timely manner Location: Arlington, VA 22201 Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Legal Relevant Work Experience: 5+ to 7 Years Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
