Location/s: Layton, UT USARelocation: NoPerformance Profile:· On site support for PDMSS (Programmed Depot Maintenance Scheduling System) at OO-ALC, in Layton, UT. 100% on site support at Hill AFB. Daily interaction with client supporting PDMSS users. Services included: On the job training, trouble shooting, requirements gathering, technical analysis, functional analysis, programming.Provide requested development within time frames set by the application user board. Development will be completed on time in 90 percent of cases.· Provide a monthly analysis of tasks requested and completed along with associated target and completion dates.Keep a log of all customer requests for assistance. Provide a monthly analysis of customer request actions, their resolution, request dates, and close-out dates. Seventy-five percent of the problems will be resolved within 24 hours, and 90 percent of problems will be resolved within 48 hours.· Provide systems and process training to designated government personnel. Position-specific Required Skills:· Technical understanding of PDMSS and feeder systems. · Experience with OO-ALC· Understanding of Depot Maintenance· Understanding of Air Craft Maintenance· 3 Years experience with PDMSS.· Experience providing user training· The Public Services sector supports the DoD, requiring candidates to obtain a security clearance that requires US CitizenshipPosition-specific Desired Skills:· BS in technical fieldLogistics: · Up to 5% travel required.
