Job Description:
Develop and generate regular weekly, monthly and annual contract reports; include review, analysis and verification of monthly Management Information (MI) data prior to client submission Collect Monthly Contract Progress Report data from functional department managers; edit and consolidate into narrative document for timely monthly submission to client Conduct ad hoc data collection, analysis and trending as requested by management Conduct analyses of business processes and operations to support quality management initiatives; assist in the review, analysis, writing and evaluation of business practices; recommend and implement strategies for improvement Monitor Ticket Project internal control measures to ensure contract and MAXIMUS Division compliance; report compliance issues; take appropriate action to resolve problems Meet all standards established for this position Perform other duties as may be assigned by management
Education/Experience:Bachelor degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, statistical analysis, or technical writing/communications and two years experience in a client support role in a corporate environment Excellent research, analysis and writing skills evidenced by two or more years of successful experience in technical reports production and/or business process documentation Experience working with government contracts and officials preferred Proficiency in MS Excel, ACCESS, Word and database analysis Crystal Reports knowledge preferred Proficient in compiling, graphing, and formatting reports and documents Experience with data trending and statistical analysis Willingness to learn and support quality management practices Attention to detail Ability to handle multiple priorities and anticipate needs Flexibility and ability to interact at all levels of the organization Ability to create and process documentation timely and meet deadlines Ability to manage time-sensitive and confidential information Excellent problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
