Administrative Assistant
A large, international consulting firm seeks an Administrative Assistant to support two Principals in McLean, VA world headquarters. The company offers a formal work environment with an excellent benefit package (quality of life work schedule, 10 percent salary contribution to 401(k) after first year, on-site education from a top-tier university and four health care plans to choose from).
This opportunity is a three-six-month contract-to-perm position (benefits apply after permanent hire).
You must have:
· At least five years’ administrative experienceSome college preferred, preferably at least an AA degree
· The ability to manage an ever-changing calendar (Outlook Proficient)
· Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
· Top communication skills (written and oral), and
· A solid resume, with top executive-level support
You must be able to work a reasonable amount of required overtime each week (7-10 hours) and be an early riser, 7:00-7:30 AM start.
