Accounts Payable Clerk
J. M. Waller Associates, Inc, a fast-paced government contractor, is looking to add to our Accounts Payable Team in our Fairfax, VA corporate office due to our continued growth. Duties to include coding, data entry, voucher payments, account reconciliation and general accounting assistance. This position will also process our online expense reimbursements as well as be a point of contact for questions and tutorials.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred; 1-2 yrs experience accounting experience. Experience working with government contractor a plus. Good oral and written communication abilities. Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and be comfortable working in fast-paced environment.
SPECIAL SKILLS: 10-key calculator, MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook. Good with numbers, good data entry skills, attention to detail highly important. Exposure to any automated accounting software a must – preferably Jamis, Deltek, ADP.
