Territory Sales Representative
SUMMARY
Purpose
To maximize company revenue potential through sales and marketing. Responsible for achieving the sales goals established by the Sales Manager
DUTIES
Typical
Duties include but not limited to:
Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Excellence and Teamwork) and promote teamwork at all times
Perform inside and outside sales
Increase sales through regular contact with our existing customer base
Selling additional add on sales
Cold call new customers
Identify new items target for sales
Identify customer needs and business requirements
Ensure customer satisfaction with outstanding customer service
Perform general customer relationship management duties
Establish creative approaches to solving customer issues
Facilitate positive and productive business relationships
Accurately budget and forecast revenue goals
Meet and exceed sales quotas
Invoicing
Answer Phones
Arrange logistics–truck or air
Involvement with miscellaneous projects, including promotional items and marketing materials
Communicate inventory, sales and packaging strategies to team members
Utilize all sales tools necessary
Research and be familiar with competitors’ pricing
Use pricing guidelines established by the company
Perform other duties, as assigned
EXPERIENCE
Required …....
Three years of experience with years of verifiable quota performance. Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills. Must be familiar with company products and have general seafood knowledge.
