Staffing Support Specialist

This position will support the Talent Management function within Human Resources.  The qualified individual will work with corporate and field Human Resources team members on a variety of staffing/recruiting issues, including requisition management, interview/travel scheduling, job postings, web resume search, and more.  This individual will also provide administrative support (less than 20%) Develop and maintain an open requisition report and new hire reports Communicate with Dean Foods leadership and HR regarding status of requisitions Manage 3rd party relationships (vendors) Administer Dean Foods’ ATS (HR Smart) Coordination and management of the interview process. This will be done in partnership with the Talent Manager or Recruiter. Management of candidate schedule, travel arrangements and expenses. Monitor and report on sourcing effectiveness Manage the offer process (including offer letters) Provide administrative support (including calendar management) Prepare documents (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) BA/BS degree required Strong PC and web systems knowledge/acumen (including Lotus Notes, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Previous HR and/or recruiting support experience Previous experience using ATS (applicant tracking systems) and/or web recruiting systems is preferred Attention to detail Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently Understanding and adhering to strict confidentiality when necessary Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Basic knowledge of employment law is a plus Job Title: Staffing Support Specialist Location: DALLAS, TX 75201 Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Human Resources Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
