Staffing Administrator

The Staffing Administrator will be a main point of contact for candidates during the interview process. This role requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail and the ability to partner successfully and professionally with various client groups, recruiters and vendors through out the entire staffing process. Coordination and management of the interview process. This will be done in partnership with the Talent Manager or Recruiter. Management of candidate schedule, travel arrangements and expenses. Provide various levels of customer service support to Talent Management team. Customer service related to incoming employment related inquiries. High level of confidentiality required. Exceptional attention to detail including maintaining data integrity when using various tools and systems, including Dean Foods’ ATS applicant tracking system). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Requirements include: High School diploma or equivalent required.  Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Proficiency with e-mail and calendar management tools (preferably Lotus Notes). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Impeccable attention to detail. Time management in a fast paced environment (preferably an HR or recruiting department), with the ability to work on multiple tasks effectively and efficiently. Effective relationship management skills. Ability to deal with ambiguity.
