Job Description: Multiple positions are available for various jobs associated with our cranberry receiving station operations in Wisconsin Rapids. These jobs are seasonal, full-time positions lasting for a duration of 4-6 weeks. Typical hours range from 4-12 hours/day, and 5-6 days/week. Must be available to work 7 days per week if required. Receiving operations are scheduled to begin around September 22nd, 2008.ALL positions require the candidate to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen; be able to read directions, and accurately enter data on forms and reports. Previous work experience will determine position placement. However, no experience is necessary for some positions; we will conduct on-the-job training. Personal protective equipment, such as hearing protection, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, and steel-toe shoes are required.Following are some of the skills necessary to fulfill the available position requirements: Keyboarding, data entry, ability to accurately and legibly complete reports and forms, forklift operation, operate hydraulic and electronic controls, safe handling and use of chemicals, and previous experience using lab equipment for quality assurance. Other positions require the ability to work outdoors and/or indoors in varying temperature conditions; be able to bend/stoop, utilize hand tools, and work on elevated platforms.
