Manager 2 - Concessions

Join an industry leader! Sodexo is searching for an energetic and dynamic Concession Manager to join our team at Troy State University. The managers role at Troy University Concessions will include but not limited to overseeing all concession events for Troy athletics. The role will also include all cash handling, staffing, scheduling of employees and non-profit groups, ordering of food products, sub-contractor and vendor set-up, NSF and all Sodexo financial audit responsiblities, inventory control, AR and AP responsiblities, and full reporting to clients and GM. ~cb~ Position Summary: Manages food preparation and service operations in a concessions unit (i.e., stadiums, amusement parks). Responsible for inventory control with an emphasis on production needs. Oversees staff hiring and training. Basic Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED Basic Management/Supervisory Experience Required: 1 year of lead/supervisory/management experience Basic Functional Experience Required: 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations. You may substitute 1 additional year of experience for each year of education below the basic requirement above as long as you possess a high-school diploma or GED.
