Human Resource Manager (Houston)
Summary/Responsibilities of this position: The Human Resources Manager will be based out of the Houston Retail Support Center and will be responsible for providing coaching and guidance to MWT leaders in the functional areas of human resources including: Recruiting, Partner and labor relations, retention, training & development, performance management, dispute resolution, employment law, policy and procedures administration, and compensation and benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:· Builds business partner relationships through strong collaboration.
· Promotes a high professional standard, demonstrates positive interpersonal relations, and applies a problem solving approach in all situations.
· Handles confidential HR functions exercising good judgment and decision making.
· Executes and implements change initiatives and understands how they align with goals and strategies.
· Facilitate and/or provide corporate training, management/leadership programs, and compliance.
· Demonstrates a strong drive and capacity to attract, develop and retain talent for the assigned business unit/division
· Performs Partner relations activities
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree (in Business, HR, or related experience)
· 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or related experience
· PHR certification preferred
· Intermediate PC skills to include MS Office and HRIS experience
· Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
· Demonstrated success in working complex issues with management and Partners utilizing highly developed influencing skills.
· Recruiting experience preferred
· Knowledge of Labor Relations
· Knowledge of business operations
