Here's another great opportunity to join the Burger King team:   This position is the single point of contact for an assigned group of franchisees and their restaurants.  Above all, FBL's are the key business partner with the franchisee and their restaurant management teams.  They serve as the franchisee's primary liaison and consultant within Burger King Corporation (BKC).  The Franchise Business Leader assists franchisees and their restaurants to capture brand leadership and to drive average restaurant sales by building franchisee relationships, influencing franchisees to meet and exceed ops and sales standards and to implement key BK initiatives intended to drive business to higher levels, facilitating a high level of customer satisfaction, and protecting the BKC Brand and the health and welfare of customers and employees.  This is accomplished by working in partnership with franchisees, coaching and training, implementing operations initiatives and securing commitments from franchisees to execute same, restaurant visitations and evaluations, attendance/facilitation of meetings with franchisees and managers at all levels, business reviews and regular business meetings, franchisee calls, and successor and growth planning.Qualifications We seek a proven leader with background in restaurant operations and the desire and ability to help people succeed. At least 5 years in business management, experience in consulting with franchisees at the multi unit level, financial acumen, and the strong analysis/problem-solving abilities are required. Excellent coaching/training, influencing, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
