Executive Assistant - Excellent Team AND free covered parking!

Provides administrative support to Supply Chain executives, including Vice President Finance, Vice President Strategy & Network Optimization, Vice President Continuous Improvement, and other Supply Chain team members.  Must coordinate with other Executive Assistants who support members of the Supply Chain Senior Team for support.  Position will prepare presentations, initiate and modify spreadsheets, manage correspondence, make travel arrangements, manage calendars, and perform other administrative tasks as needed. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong prioritization skills, systems skills (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), and who responds to requests (both internal and external) in a positive, courteous and professional manner.  The person in this role must be able to multi-task, be flexible and exhibit accuracy while working with details,  In addition, the incumbent must be able to professionally manage having access to and working with confidential information.  Manage telephone communication courteously and professionally. Maintain confidentiality of all matters. Manage calendars of those supported. Make travel arrangements and prepare expense reports. Prepare presentation materials for various projects. Coordinate meetings, as appropriate. Support other Executive Assistants in the work area. Other administrative responsibilities, as assigned. Job Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience as an administrative assistant. Three years experience working in corporate environment preferred. High School graduate, supplemented by secretarial courses or experience. Must be a team player, a self-starter and one who shows initiative. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate with others at all levels in the organization. Strong organizational skills.
