Asst. to join our Seattle team!

 

In this role, you must have the ability to multi-task in a small office environment, effectively communicate with customers and company personnel.  Must be organized, courteous, a self-starter and a team player.  You will be responsible for tabulating and posting date, handling incoming telephone calls and directing all calls to the appropriate person, sending out invoices and statements, opening incoming mail, dispatching service calls and greeting and assisting visitors.  Proficiency in MS office and the ability to quickly learn various computer programs is necessary.  Accuracy in dealing with numbers is essential as is the ability to function in a fasted paced environment while assisting other staff as required.
