Position Description:Goals Achieves 100% of Total R&P Sales Goal for R&P Focus Firms. $4B in Sales from R&P Focus Firms. Increase in Sales from R&P Focus Firms will typically make-up a majority of the overall R&P sales growth.80% of product lines at Focus Firms show growth in sales and share. 80% of product lines hit their share goal at Focus Firms.Playbooks in place for all 19 firms and updated quarterly.Monthly (starting January) and Quarterly (starting end of Q1) Scorecards developed and reviewed with R&P staff.RelationshipsResponsibility for articulating the R&P Top 20 Focus Firm growth strategy. Responsible for working with R&P Focus Firm Relationship Managers to leverage tools and best practices to maximize our distributor preferred learnings/efforts. Establish criteria and process for selecting top 20 firms. Reviews list quarterly. StrategyWorks with RM’s and Functional Leaders to develop and communicate R&P’s plays. Plays should be driven by Focus Firm strategies/goals and R&P’s unique capabilities, strategies and goals. Responsible for coordinating the development of Focus Firm playbooks that detail how Genworth and the Focus Firms will work together to deliver above industry growth and profitability for both parties. Responsible for developing communications, tools and operating rhythms to foster a common distributor preferred culture across Genworth R&P. Planning Effectively communicates strategically relevant Focus Firm and/or Industry information across R&P Sub Segments. Coordinates the R&P Focus Firm strategic planning and communication rhythm to include regular cross R&P Focus Firm reviews and visits. Develops/consolidates R&P Focus Firm scorecards and metrics to facilitate alignment of R&P functional strategies (product, sales, service/operations, marketing, technology) with Firm strategies and goals.
