Position Description:This Senior Leader will lead the product development assessment and recommendation of global investment strategy to support the asset-liability matching capabilities of global equity market retirement income guarantees. This Leader is expected to work with a small team and cross-functionally with business development, distribution partners, portfolio managers, hedging, pricing, risk management, and country product managers.Strategy Engagement:· Determine appropriate global investment asset category indices· Assess global/country financial markets and projections· Propose custom static and dynamic asset allocation models and funds· Integrate investment choices with customer preferred investment strategies · Establish macro and micro investment benchmarks· Provide global and country econometric insightDecision Making:· Manage delegated authority to implement chosen strategy· Influence decision of cross-functional organizations· Establish review and approval process for investment benchmarking· Recommend investment strategies to risk committeeBasic Qualifications:· BS or higher degree in economics, finance, mathematics or business· 15+ years of financial markets/investment experienceTechnical Capability:· Steeped in asset allocation and diversification theory· Significant knowledge in hedging global equity, interest rate, and currency risk· Demonstrated expertise in managing performance to benchmarksCollaboration Skills:· Ability to influence others· Leverage a small team with the help of other organizations· Efficiently manage outside consultantsPreferred Qualifications:· Broad knowledge of financial markets and investment instruments· Strong analytical and communication skills· Requires a self motivated individual with executive presence and an aptitude for problem solving Additional Information Reference Code:   80271Status:   Full Time, EmployeeJob Category:   Marketing/Product Send this Job to a FriendSee all Company opportunities
