Work with a Top agent with State Farm insurance. The first 3 months will include hourly pay and training. Ideal candidate will posses a positive mental attitude, goal oriented, strong sales background, customer service experience, excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening), people-oriented, self-motivated, ability to multi-task, good attention to detail, talent for setting and achieving aggressive goals, ability to assess client needs and conduct effective sales interviews, ability to effectively relate to client within a sales environment, insurance experience and licensed in Property and Casualty and/or Life and Disability. As an agency team member, you will gather information from prospective policyholders, review coverage, prepare rate quotes and close the deal. You will meet prescribed monthly goals and quality standards. Perform field marketing and attend sponsored marketing events. Handle deposits and servicing of existing insurance clients.Sets appointments in person and by phone for self and for agent, regular X-date prospecting, use system to identify prospects, follow up on prospecting letters and proposals, help agent prepare for complex client review, follow up on marketing and pending activity, prepare proposals and complete insurance applications for Auto, Fire, Health, Life as well as bank products.
