TREASURY ASSISTANT
Feld Entertainment, Inc., the world’s largest producer of live family entertainment, including Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey® Circus as well as Disney On Ice, Disney Live and Doodlebops is searching for a Treasury Assistant to work at our world headquarters in Vienna, VA.
This person primarily functions as Treasury support and offers customer assistance for all Treasury related inquiries.
The Duties for this position include:Check fraud supportReturn check follow upCredit ApplicationsCheck deposits (domestic/international)Domestic engagement bank projection reportingDomestic engagement bank list administration (Engagement checks/EIS reporting/Excel)Credit card terminal support (implantation/administration)Credit card chargeback/ retrieval/ refutes/ trackingCredit card processing (Canada only)Report generation/ distributionTreasury mail allocation
The requirements for this position include:BS degree or equivalent work experience. 1 - 3 years experience in related field.Experience in standard Microsoft products with an emphasis in ExcelBanking program versatility a plus.Knowledge in/familiarity with the workings of Letters of Credit a plus.Foreign language a plus.
