Outstanding opportunity available for a Sr. Human Resource Relationship Manager based in Tacoma, WA!Essential Job Functions: Provide HR leadership for a specified Community Bank Sales District and the Tacoma Call Center. Strategic partner and Trusted Advisor to the leadership teams. Drive the formulation and implementation of an integrated human capital plan in support of the business strategy. Ensure alignment of human resources consulting, products, and services with the organization's strategic direction and core capabilities. Provide consultation in areas such as organizational effectiveness, organizational climate, performance management, workforce planning, change management, and recruiting and retention of top talent. Ensures leadership continuity and strength through the executive development review process, succession planning, and ongoing leadership development and follow up for business clients Drives Key's corporate culture shift toward greater horizontal collaboration Through sound working relationships with HR partners (Compensation, Business Training, Recruiting, etc.), delivers human resources consulting, products, and services in support of the organization's strategic direction and capabilities Leads major HR initiatives and works with HR partners and clients to ensure successful rollout, educating clients as needed Engages in selection of senior leaders and is accountable for the successful assimilation of those leaders Analyzes and utilizes workforce metrics to influence management decision-making on workforce success Champions and partners to achieve diversity commitments and retention efforts Mitigates legal and employee relations risk Engages in the resolution of complex employee relations issues Consult to maximize the effectiveness of business and human resource processes. Accountable for working collaboratively with other HR Centers of Expertise to deliver seamless HR solutions to the clients. In general, responsible for: Functioning as the Account Executive for overall delivery of HR services to the client accomplished by strong collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (exemplary teamwork) Organizational Development (organization structure, business transformations, work design) Executive coaching, consultation, and development including succession planning Leadership selection and onboarding Required Skills: 5+ years of HR relationship management experience. Strong content knowledge in at least two of Human Resources specialist functions. Well-developed consultative and coaching skills. Ability to lead strategy development and implementation. Experience implementing change management and organizational development strategies. BS/BA in Business or HR or equivalent. Preferred Skills: Proven MSExcel skills.
