This position provides sales support and administrative support to multiple field sales leaders by applying in-depth knowledge of department policy, systems, organization, communication, and sales strategies. This role requires independent judgement, the ability to work with confidential / sensitive information and interaction with various levels of sales leaders and management. Job Characteristics: Advanced communication skills Ability to prioritize work and organize own time Advanced organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Capable of working independently and using sound judgement Ability to engage resources (people, technical support, materials) to accomplish tasks / projects. Flexibility in work assignments Ability to apply standard mathematical concepts to solve problems and prepare reports for analysis Assists in preparation of PP presentations and Excel worksheets Articulates, assembles and delivers information in the most appropriate manner. Executive Administration experience preferred. 5 years Insurance experience preferred 4 year college degree preferred Working knowledge of Independent Agents branded products (Encompass, Allstate, and Deerbrook) and processes, to include P&C and TL (where Advanced knowledge of MS Office Proven ability to work in a confidential fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic attitude, optimistic and team-oriented, while still maintaining a professional demeanor SAP Knowledge a plus.
