Position Description:Facilitate the sales of Genworth Institutional Retirement Group products in concert with our direct sales and relationship management team. Responsibilities include:* Own and manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Information (RFI) processes* Respond to multiple incoming inquiries and issues from field sales leadership and management in an accurate, timely and professional manner* Provide product information and problem resolution support by remaining current on changes in product offerings, defined contribution industry, internal processes and operational procedures* Manage accounts and reporting with the web-based contact management system* Lead institutional customer and partner prospecting efforts; manage and execute on prospecting campaigns* Own dashboarding and reporting for Senior Managment* Prepare client presentations, including creation and fulfillment of presentations and marketing materials* Develop strong working relationships with internal departments including Product Management, Compliance, Legal and IT* Prepare and track internal/external documentation including compliance documentation* Provide general team administrative support as required and participate in team projects as requested* Represent Genworth at conferences and conduct participant enrollment meetings as requiredPreferred Candidate Qualifications:* Excellent communication and presentation skills* Strong customer and service orientation* Ability to work independently, take ownership of issues,work under pressure and manage priorities effectively* Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Applications such as Power Point, Excel, Word as well as contact management system (SalesForce) and Business Intelligence system (Business Objects)* Highly organizedBasic Qualifications:* BA and relative experience (4-6 years) in the insurance or investments/finance industry as a wholesaler or in a sales capacity* Defined contribution or Annuity experience Additional Information Reference Code: 81235Status: Full Time, EmployeeJob Category: Sales/Retail/Business Development Send this Job to a FriendSee all Company opportunities
