Growing Commercial Real Estate firm looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President.   Ideal candidate shall have prior marketing & real estate experience, including the ability to develop promotional marketing plans, branding and ad campaigns.  Responsibilities shall include but not limited to assistance with offering packages, database management, updating newly designed website, organizing seminars and correspondence.   Candidate must be professional, outgoing, and well organized.  Compensation to correspond with experience.  Mandatory knowledge of MS Word, PhotoShop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.  

Please e-mail resumes and salary requirements. Job Description:Coordinates and assists with the sales and marketing activities of the organization which may include advertising, direct mailing, printing, customer events, and trade shows. Analyzes CRM system data in response to channel marketing initiatives and responsible for CRM report administration and management. Studies marketing data such as customer information, web inquiry patterns, and demographic trends.     Monitors and prepares monthly web stats reports and manages search engine optimization and adwords programs. Recommends changes to current marketing techniques or procedures based on team performance and new selling techniques. Performs a variety of sales and marketing tasks including appointment scheduling and email marketing initiatives. Assists in web content management, graphic design, ad tracking, investment package preparation, and client services. Reports to the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Sales.
