ICF International is currently seeking a Practice & Project Control Lead. This position is located within our Acquisition Life Cycle Support Team group in Fairfax, VA. Responsibilities:Organizes project and task work loads and oversee the workload balancing associated with project set up and control Acts as primary liaison between Program Control and other functional groups and resolves any issues regarding program planning Works directly with the Staff Director for assigned business practice Responsible for the employment, training, motivation and discipline of assigned employees Needs to have a working knowledge of cost point and other financial capabilities Must be an effective communicator and understand contracts and pricing strategiesRequirements:Bachelors Degree in engineering, science, business administration or related Eight years experience in technical program planning and implementation, contract interpretation, budget development and administration of government projects Minimum of five years supervision/management experienceICF International offers an excellent benefits package and competitive salary.
