Marketing Consultant Institutional Trust

Individual will work closely with key business line management as an internal consultant to develop and execute marketing strategies for the M&I Institutional Trust Services team.  This is a generalist role which may include oversight or implementation of customer communication, web site direction, seminars, core presentation materials, direct mail, research initiatives, newsletters and advertising. -Manage marketing plan for retirement plan services participant and plan sponsor audience. -Work with Institutional Trust Marketing Manager and internal and external agencies to develop and execute marketing programs from concept to completion. -Support business line management in the strategic planning process, assessing market opportunities and business support needs. -Assist business line management in developing and executing research projects as required (customer, market, or industry). -Offer strategic guidance to the business line on integrated marketing opportunities across all marketing channels.  -Maximize cross business line marketing opportunities throughout the M&I organization.  -Monitor and enhance business line products, services and sales tools for the institutional trust division of wealth management.  Support the development of business line products, services and sales tools for the institutional trust  division of wealth Management.  Bachelor's degree with three to four years of professional work experience in related filed is desired.  Experience in institutional trust services is preferred.
