The program runs 24 months with 4 rotational assignments, coupled with intense graduate-level learning opportunities in technology and leadership and opportunities for community service projects. The program is uniquely suited for people with strong technical and analytical skills combined with broad business acumen.Assignments will typically focus on core IT processes in Network, Client/Server, Project Management, Database, Programming Languages, Web Development, Architecture, and/or System Integration. While focusing on the above-mentioned technologies, program members rotate around the four Genworth segments, getting exposure to different product lines and leadership styles. Program participants have the opportunity to use six sigma quality methodologies and project management skills to design complex business solutions.
