Position Description:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES):* Provide high quality call center service for all policyholders, agents, brokers and callers in a professional, accurate and timely manner. * Processing full array of policyholder service request to include but not limited to financial and non-financial service requests. * Provide accurate and timely responses, both verbally and written.* Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures. * Support on-going department improvements. * Develop and maintain a solid working relationship with distribution channels, agents, brokers and internal/external customers. * Be committed to achieve company established CTQ's for the Annuity Servicing team. * Flexibility to work overtime to meet customer expectations.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:* High school graduate or equivalent.* 2-4 years work experience. * Completion of LOMA 1 and 2, or willingness to complete.* Ability to work well within a team structure.* Excellent interpersonal skills.* Solid verbal and written communication skills.*Able to work flexible work hours when and if needed in order to meet customer requirements.* Outstanding research and problem solving skills.* Ability to plan and effectively prioritize multiple assignments.* Ability to adapt to changing environment, both internally and externally.* Ability to deal with a high stress environment.
