Customer Service Associate
Bilingual Customer Service Associate is needed for the front office of our Kent location. If you have to uncanny ability to gauge your customer and provide them with top level service this could be your chance to put you expertise to work!
This is an opportunity to build on your customer service background and gain office skills. We are looking for a candidate that has the want to move their career path into an office environment, previous retail experience great! This position will handle: Multi-line phone system Helping customers on the phone and in person Taking payments Running credit Taking credit applications Processing mail, and entering credit applications.
To be set up for success: 6 months experience in a retail or service oriented environment. Bi lingual in Spanish is a plus! Having strong work ethic, clear communication, and the desire to move into an office environment.
