Position Description:*Answer calls regarding death claim reporting, status calls, and payment inquiries.*Generate and mail death claim and annuitization correspondence packages.*Process Variable Annuity death payouts, spousal continuations,five year deferrals, annuitization and Stretch.*Manually calculate payment amounts within guidelines.*Work with Product Management on other calculations as needed.*Provide timely and accurate service to customers.*Review and approve claim requests.
