Requisition ID: 10591 Job Title: Call Center Supervisor - Third Shift Functional Area: Administrative/Customer Service Location: Madison, WI Employment Status: Full Time Description: The Call Center Supervisor-Bankcard is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Bankcard call center. Each Call Center Supervisor-Bankcard will spend a substantial amount of supporting departmental goals along with their specific duties of scheduling, quality inspecting, coaching, monitoring, process reengineering, external and internal departmental projects, etc. The incumbent is responsible for completing performance reviews, recommending direct reports for promotions and awards, and handles disciplinary actions. The Call Center Supervisor-Bankcard interviews candidates and provides input for new hires. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3 yrs of banking experience, 2 yrs of call center experience, previous leadership and/or supervisory experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and PC proficiency in MS Office. Third shift hours: 10p-7a, Su-Th or M-F. Experience: 3 years Education: Bachelors Degree/Equivalent Work Exp.
