Bilingual Customer Service Representative
We are currently seeking bilingual (Spanish / English) Customer Service Representatives to join our Auburn, AL team.Responsible for delivering quality customer support to EPP system users by providing them with a point of contact to make inquiries regarding the company's product and services; to report problems or get assistance for payment processing. Associate will be responsible for answering incoming corrective action. Maintain logs of problems so that recurring issues can be tracked, reported and corrected. Specific reponsibilies include: Respond to calls, email fax or Internet inquires regarding the company's product and services; Instructs customer in the use of the web page and IVR registration process; Understand how products and services interact with credit/debit card processors, financial institutions, clients, and end users; Troubleshoot, analyze, research and solve end user billing issues/accounting problems reported on inquires; Troubleshoot hardware and software problems reported on inquires; Analyze problem information to identify failure points of system or processes; Recommend/execute corrective actions/solutions directly to end user, report problem; Logs and tracks calls using problem management database, and maintains history records and related problem documentation; Verifies that payments were processed and distributed correctly; Run periodic test plans to insure the functionality of various systems and applications; Run periodic Management reports detailing various statistics related to systems and application performance; Provides manager status reports of problem calls. Other Duties as assigned Requirements include:High school diploma requiredFluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Effective problem solver Strong documentation skills Strong multi-tasking, time-management, and organizational skills Must be computer literate Credit card processing knowledge and experience with banking industry is a big plus.
