ATM Customer Support Specialist
Are you friendly, resourceful, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service? We are looking for a highly motivated team player who understands the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. If you have excellent business communication skills, an aptitude for analytical thinking, and at least one year experience working in a financial institution, you may be a great candidate for our ATM Customer Support Specialist position!
Responsibilities: Interpret ATM network operating rules to customers and recommend proper courses of action on ATM/POS disputesHandle exception item processing via Alaska Option's dispute systemRespond to a variety of customer inquiries or requests in maintaining ATM cardholder base including assisting in balancing, settlement, exception item processing, interpreting reports and ATM monitoringClearly interpret and communicate customer issues through internal ticket tracking system Monitor daily reports for accuracyBill for exception item processing, close files and send summary of files to customers on a monthly basisComplete tasks associated with on site ATM machineOther duties as assigned
Qualifications: Excellent customer relations skills with strong emphasis on the ability to provide a calming effect with uneasy customersOne year minimum experience with ATM networks and ATM exception item processing preferredAt least one year customer service in a financial institution required; preference given to candidate with experience reconciling general ledgersWorking knowledge of Federal Regulation E and how it applies to ATM/POS transaction disputes preferredExcellent verbal and written business communication skillsMust be a self starter with strong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to complete duties efficiently and in a timely mannerAbility to work well independently as well as with othersTyping: 30-35 WPM,
