Ultimate Staffing is currently hiring significantly experienced and extremely skilled call center representatives to work at StubHub, an eBay company.  The opportunities for employment are in a fast-paced call center located in the East Granby area. StubHub is a rapidly growing online-company looking for reliable candidates to answer incoming phone calls in a call center environment, assist customers with questions and/or concerns when using their website, perform follow-up calls as necessary, answer email inquiries, handle time-sensitive requests in an efficient manner, and manage existing customer accounts on a daily basis.  Candidates must be able to work in a high-stress environment and manage time-sensitive pressure. Every Candidate Must Submit to and Pass the Following:• Computer-based Skills and Knowledge Testing • Multi-year, multi-location Criminal Background Searches • Personal Consumer Credit History Report Search • Employment History Verification (3) • Education History Verification The ideal candidate will have a professional resume, a long and loyal work history, no breaks or gaps in their employment history, and three professional references with current contact information.  Work attendance must be consistently stellar.The right individual will be pleasant, expressive, articulate, persistent, intelligent, and understands the importance of providing only the highest levels of customer service at all times.  Only serious candidates willing to take career-related responsibilities seriously will be considered.  Reliability is absolutely paramount.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DAILY TASKS:• Answering a high volume of in-bound calls and email inquiries daily• Creating relationships with customers based on a love of sports & music • Assisting customers in navigating through internet sites • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email • Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills • Answering customer inquiries regarding ticket sales, shipments and transactions • Supporting customers in locating tickets and placing orders over the phone • Entering orders and updating information in computer systems with accuracy • Initiating customer follow-up in a timely manner and meeting all deadlines • Troubleshooting and problem-solving in an efficient and timely manner • Coordinating the timely delivery of tickets between customers BASELINE SKILLS & JOB QUALIFICATIONS:• 2–3 years high volume call center experience required • Knowledge and love of all things related to sports & music • Excellent phone presence and etiquette; clear, intelligent speaking voice a must • Effective oral and written communication skills is important• Spelling and grammar will be considered critical skills for applicants • Exceptional computer skills including: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Internet • Enthusiastic, upbeat personality is extremely important in this setting • Must have superior time management and organizational skills • High level of professionalism and reliable work ethic necessary • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and perform well under pressure • Sense of urgency in all activities and ability to meet tight deadlines on a daily basis • Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail is necessary at all times • Strong problem solving skills and troubleshooting ability required daily • Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential to maintaining employment • Access to reliable transportation is a requirement for this opportunity About Ultimate Staffing Want to work with people who care about your personal and professional growth?
