This position has overall accountability for the effective delivery of all services within this function. Oversight includes IT Finance, Sarbanes-Oxley, Business Continuity, Program Management, IT Services (ITIL) and IT Sourcing. Development and maintenance of the IT strategic plan is a critical annual deliverable for this role. Additionally, this position partners closely finance, internal audit and human resource organizations in support of strategic programs.Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:PROGRAM MANAGEMENT AND STRATEGY* Ensures the successful delivery of projects and programs through the use of a standard framework* Accountable for related training and coaching programs and relevant monitoring and reporting of the status of projects and programs to management* Manages and optimizes the IT Project Portfolio* Creates of a resource capacity planning framework for projects* Timely execution of the annual long range planning process* Oversees of the annual IT training program IT FINANCE* Oversees of a team responsible for the delivery of IT financial planning processes, monthly and quarterly financial reporting and project accounting* Implements and trains of fixed asset and IT finance policies* Represents IT in the design and implementation of SAP (Project Initiate to Close, Procure to Pay)* Executes of streamlined vendor payment program for T&M consultants in conjunction with IT Sourcing* Headcount forecasting and approvals; Ensures plan aligns with the global sourcing framework* Manages facilities planning requirementsIT COMPLIANCE* Directs of the global IT Sarbanes Oxley program and IT Operational controls; Includes the definition, testing, training and reporting of all IT controls* Oversees of the evaluation and evolution of IT controls to decrease risks and improve efficiency * Creates, maintains and communicates of a global IT Business Continuity plan* Collaborates with internal and external auditors IT SOURCING* Overall accountability and direction for the IT Sourcing Strategy and team* Management of strategic partnerships* Delivery of disciplined sourcing through effective contract management and negotiation* Develops competency models in conjunction with Human ResourcesIT SERVICES FRAMEWORK* Implements an improvement plan (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and Release Management) directed at defining service levels and achieving predictability in support costs* Creates of standardized and visible support processes* Creates and implementation of clear governance structuresQualifications:Basic qualifications:* Minimum of 10 years experience in positions of increasing responsibility in information technology with well-managed information technology organizations* An undergraduate degree in computer science or related discipline is required, with an advanced degree highly desirable* Candidate will need to have a unique combination of business, technical, administrative, and personal skillsDesired skills:* Solid project management and consulting skills coupled with a strong client/service orientation* Proven leadership and management skills with experience in recruiting, motivating and directing a staff of talented individuals * Experience in working with multiple organizations with varying priorities to obtain consensus on vision and direction* A track record of success coupled with the personal demeanor of someone who will quickly gain a high degree of credibility and respect across the Organization* A high energy, self-starting, quality-driven personal style combined with the drive, enthusiasm, and capabilities to provide leadership within the Information Systems departmentEligibility requirements:* Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered * Must be willing to submit to a background investigation* Must be able to show eligibility to work in the United StatesParamount Pictures is an Equal Opportunity EmployerSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceJob Location: Hollywood, CAJob Number: 5381Company URL: http://www.paramount.com/careers
