Table Games Floor Supervisor

Table Games Floor Supervisor provides prompt, courteous, and accurate service to all gaming customers while supervising activity in the Casino Card Room. Closes and opens all games. Explains and interprets the rules of games to customers. Monitors for compliance of gaming policies, procedures, and rules. Observes incidents and settles disputes arising at gaming tables. Verifies and awards jackpots and other promotional winners. Fills out various work related forms including Title 31, multiple transaction logs. Supervises the work of the employees under their authority and evaluates their performance.  Qualifications:  High school diploma or equivalent. Four years combined casino dealing experience in both poker and blackjack. Ability to read, analyze and interpret all manuals, technical procedures, and all regulations having to do with the operation of the casino.  Ability to effectively communicate with other departments and the general public. Ability to make gambling related decisions and deal with a variety of variables in situations where conflicting information exists. Ability to work under pressure and deal with difficult customers. Must be versatile and have the ability to successfully multitask work. Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and composed manner. The work environment can occasionally be fast paced and demanding.  The noise level in the work environment ranges from quiet to moderately loud. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles consisting of cigarette smoke.  If you are interested in this opportunity, please complete our on-line application at:  http://www.sanmanuel-nsn.gov/employment.php In addition to an exciting career and supportive environment, The San Manuel Band of Mission Indians offers a comprehensive benefits package to our full-time as well as part-time employees.
