Looking for a Store Manager to join our team! Our work environment is energetic and fun! We offer a good base salary plus excellent monthly bonus potential, 2 weeks paid vacation your first year, and a great quality of life!  

Benefits for Store Manager:

 

üBase salary: $30-35k annually

 

ü  Excellent bonus potential: $500.00 to $2000.00 per month based on monthly sales!

 

ü  Great Quality of Life

o 4-5 days each week

o 45-50 hours per week

Job Requirements for Store Manager:

 

Critical skills and abilities for success include:

v  At least 2 years manager level experience (hourly or salary) in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

 

v  Ability to model and create an environment that ensures positive customer experiences

 

v  Willingness to work hands-on with your staff (10+ associates)

v  Desire to continuously improve the skills, knowledge, and morale of all employees and managers

v  Serve as role model for appropriate and fair business practices

v  Problem solving skills through appropriate investigation and decision making

v Successful Local Store Marketing experience

v Basic computer skills

 

v  Sales Motivated!

 

v  POS (point of sales) experience helpful

 

v  Mechanical abilities helpful

 

v  Position requires some lifting: up to 75 lbs

 

v  High School Diploma
