Sr. HR Generalist

The company is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Generalist. This position is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to grow with an established organization. The Sr. HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting all facets of HR including Recruitment, On-Boarding, Employee Relations/Labor Relations, Benefits and Compensation. The successful candidate must be have strong Employee Relations/Labor Relations Experience and be Service-Oriented!
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for Coaching Management on Employee Relations and Labor Relations Issues, ensuring compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements and Employee Relations Policies and Procedures.Serves as HR Representative during the grievance process, needs to possess Labor Relations knowledge.Conducts investigations, researches and resolves grievances, partnering with Management and Legal Counsel, when needed.Responsible for review of disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with Company policies and Employment Laws.Acts as a resource to employees; provides information and handles Employee Relations/Labor Relations Issues.Responsible for supporting areas of Recruitment, On-Boarding, Benefits, Compensation.
REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS in Human Resources or related field required; MBA preferred.Minimum 5 years in Human Resources Generalist role, with exposure to Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations/Labor Relations.Strong Employee Relations and Labor Relations experience.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of the organization. Experience with ReportSmith a plus!
