The Sales Support Specialist will be a key member of AudienceView Sales organization, providing sales and account management support for our solution to customers throughout North America.

 

responsibilities:

 

-  Developing and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers through the use of the AudienceView Ticketing solution.

- Working closely with Sales Representative(s) to plan and develop customer accounts

- Working with prospective customers to demonstrate the product at customer premises and via the web.

- Understanding customer business practices and requirements, and devise technical solutions within the product.
-  Performing competitive analysis, authoring proposals, developing business cases
-  Planning and conducting training and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction with the product
-  Communicating with the Product Management team on customer feedback and recommendations


Qualifications

- Demonstrated knowledge of ticketing, box office operations, or similar work environment.

- University/College Degree/Diploma – preferably in business management and/or experience in lieu of degree

-  Familiarity with software industry leading tools in Requirements, Design, and Testing areas.

- Three to five years experience in ticketing, box office operations, or software sales.

-  Able to effectively communicate product value to customers with wide range of proficiency levels, across a variety of vertical markets, in both business and technical areas.

-  Very multi-tasking in nature and able to sustain travel-centric lifestyle (North America), being on the road for up to 2 weeks at a time on short notice.

-  Strong written, interpersonal and communications skills a must.
