Are You:
A customer service focused manager with experience leading others in hospitality, resort, hotel, amusement park, food service or related industries or a recent college graduate with a hospitality-related degree with past industry work history. (Degree is not required)
Experienced in one or more of the following: resort management, park management, business management, budgeting, facilities maintenance, reservations and other related skills.
One who thrives in taking ownership of a property, staff and thousands of annual guests to maximize the resort experience for visitors and make your location the place to work for seasonal employees.

Position Summary:
As General Manager, imagine leading a team of park personnel at one of New York's most respected RV Resorts. This outstanding resort includes family fun centers, pools, gift shops, restaurants, bars, and activity centers. Your past experience managing employees, facilities and guests in the RV resort or campground, amusement park, water park, food service, time share or related industries will make you a valuable asset to our client. However, our client may consider recent college graduates with hospitality-related degrees and can show related industry work history.
As General Manager, you will be responsible for managing profitability of your resort, overseeing proper facility maintenance, managing a staff of employees and maximizing the overall guest experience.
As General Manager, you will report directly to top corporate management and your District GM. However, you need to be one that thrives with minimal supervision. Your level of personal dedication given to the property is your responsibility and will lead to your success.
As General Manager, you crave outstanding customer service and employing those that treat property guests like visitors in your very own home. Numerous guest interactions occur daily and your ability to manage others, think quickly, resolve issues and make sound decisions are your top priorities.
As General Manager, you will be given FREE onsite housing where you (and your family) can live near beautiful lakes, streams/rivers, and forests, but near towns and cities. You will also have the ability to increase your income with great bonus potential and cabin sales opportunities (where available).

Our client is one of the most recognized Resort Management companies in the United States, Morgan Management. They specialize in ownership and management of high quality residential communities including: RV campgrounds and resorts, amusement parks, water parks and family fun centers.
Salary Range:
Salary range varies depending on the location you are applying for and your level of experience:
$30,000 - $55,000 estimated base salary
+ FREE housing onsite 10% yearly bonus potential 2% yearly bonus potential for resort profitability Bonus commission available for selling of cabin properties (where applicable)
Compensation Package Includes:FREE housing onsite (most locations) Great company health benefits with major health provider (health insurance, etc.)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The RV Resort General Manager oversees all areas of a respectable large RV Park to ensure consistently high quality in appearance, beautification, guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction, training, asset preservation, profitability and local and industry reputation. These areas include marketing, management, finance, maintenance, capital improvement, operations, revenue, safety, security, training and human resources. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge/skills in most, if not all, of these areas.
