Payroll Assistant needed!

Due to our recent company growth, we have the need to hire a Payroll Assistant for our Corporate Office located in Sherman Oaks. Description  Be an integral member of the Lucky Strike Entertainment team Process payroll and assist Admins/Managers at the various sites Receive, upload, and reconcile files from the field Prepare miscellaneous payroll reports Maintain vacation for all locations nationwide Monthly reporting to management and home office Auditing for ghost employees (hours, wages, SSNs) Process court ordered garnishments Assist with residence/work state tax issues Coordinate with Payroll Administrators and Human Resources to ensure timely payroll processing Coordinate with Human Resources to make necessary changes and enhancements to forms and processes Bi-Weekly filing of all payroll documents Work closely with HR team and Controller to achieve aforementioned goalsQualifications Experience with ADP for payroll processing and report writing Bachelor of Arts/Science preferred Previous experience in a Payroll or HR department working with remote locations, for a multi-state employer Ability to perform audit, research and reconcile payroll transactions Proven customer service skills while maintaining a confidential work environment Ability to prioritize and support a demanding constituency Analytical competency Attention to detail Committed team player Persuasive communicator Computer savvyWe offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off and bonus potential. When applying, please include salary requirement.
